- Not a remote position
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour, DOE, plus quarterly bonuses
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- After-hours and weekends, based on business needs

Duties of the recruiter / staffing coordinator:
- Interview, screen, and recruit job applicants for various positions
- Source, recruit, and place candidates for client companies
- Utilize staffing software and job boards to manage applications and fill orders
- Assist and counsel temporary employees on professional interviewing and job-related questions
- Supervise and manage temporary employee performance and ensure I-9 compliance
- Travel to various office locations to support staffing needs
Qualifications of the recruiter / staffing coordinator:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills and excellent phone manners for handling high-volume inbound calls
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of daily emails and activities
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed
- Experience in customer service, recruiting, or HR
- Manufacturing and Light Industrial recruiting experience
