Performs direct recruiting functions necessary to hire hourly associates. Provides administrative support to HR Managers with their recruiting needs. Oversees recruiting activities including sourcing, screening and candidate management.

This position would be remote.

This is a temporary role requiring 40 hours per week. This position assignment will last 2 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop strong knowledge of the company, it's culture, benefits, products, and services in order to establish appropriate medium to sell the company, the culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
  • Perform phone screens and on-site interviews to hire the best and the brightest candidates for hourly positions
  • Post open positions on internal and external websites
  • Administer pre-hire testing as appropriate
  • Perform reference checks on selected interview candidates, including MVR reports and criminal background checks as appropriate
  • Prepare offer letters and new hire notification e-mails as needed
  • Schedule and monitor drug screen results for potential new hires
  • Create, maintain, and deliver new hire orientation program
  • Provide recruiting related administrative support (i.e. Interview scheduling, candidate travel arrangements)
  • Maintain recruiting information on the Human Resources shared drive
  • Occasional travel may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma plus 3-5 years of administrative or other related experience. Recruiting experience a plus
  • Proficient use of multiple software programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments
  • Ability to project a positive image to internal and external candidates
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication, including proper use of English, grammar and punctuation in business correspondence, is necessary
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines are crucial
  • Possess high integrity, loyalty, compassion, and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information


U.S. Venture requires that a team member have and maintain authorization to work in the country in which the role is based. In general, U.S. Venture does not sponsor candidates for nonimmigrant visas or permanent residency unless based on business need.
