The Lead Recruiter, working under limited supervision, works closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to meet their hiring needs and ensure organizational objectives and alignment with overall talent acquisition strategy. This role oversees the recruitment process for stakeholders, ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and focuses on continuously improving the results of the team. The Lead Recruiter uses expertise in talent acquisition best practices, proactive candidate sourcing, analysis of recruitment data, and strong relationship management skills to attract and retain top talent for the organization. May supervise up to two direct reports as needed, serve as a recognized expert in Talent Acquisition, and provide coaching and direction to other recruiters.

Responsibilities
- Manages full life-cycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening, pre-interviewing.
- Leverages a consultative approach and develops strong working relationships with hiring managers to identify talent requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills required to fill new and replacement roles.
- Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Leader and Key stakeholders such as HR
- Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and implement practices, tools, solutions, and frameworks that enable the Talent Acquisition function.
- Ensures that processes, partnerships, and tools increase Westfield's ability to source attract and hire diverse talent.
- Uses proactive methods to direct source candidates, network with field experts and associations, and stay abreast of industry and functional trends to build an external network. Serves as subject matter expert on sourcing and assists other team members with challenging searches.
- Collaborate with Diversity Equity Inclusion & Community Investments Team to implement inclusive recruitment strategies and process.
- Assists in designing and implementing the correct alignment of resources and workflows to ensure successful hiring processes and administration.
- Provides weekly activity updates to Hiring Managers on searches and reporting against agreed-upon recruiting metrics i.e., time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.
- Utilizes various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract top talent for open positions within the organization.
- Develops and implements recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, diversity sourcing, and candidate engagement, to meet the organization's talent acquisition goals and objectives.
- Screens resumes, conducts interviews, and evaluates candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Builds and maintains relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Promotes the organization's employer brand through various channels, such as job postings, social media, and employer branding events, to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
- Streamline and manage end to end recruitment processes to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze recruiting data and provide actionable insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies, track KPI's and support leadership in workforce planning and decision-making.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or commensurate experience.
