Overview

ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our growing Early Career team. You will play an integral role in identifying and attracting the next generation of early career talent and positioning us as an employer of choice.

Position is hybrid and open to any VHB office with a preference to our Mid-Atlantic and Southeast offices.

Responsibilities

    Guide and direct the interview, offer, and hiring process
  • Track all recruiting activity using an online applicant tracking system
  • Plan and attend a variety of campus recruiting events including career fairs, on-campus interviews, and visibility events.
  • Partner with our VHB College Ambassadors to represent VHB on campus
  • Deliver presentations and positively portray the organization during both informal and formal events.
  • Leverage technology to enhance the recruiting process/candidate flow
  • Use social media and recruitment marketing strategies to boost our employer brand and recruitment pipeline.
  • Review and evaluate applicants' education, experience, training, and other qualifications and screen to determine their suitability for various intern and early career roles within the organization. Requisition load may vary throughout the year with peak season up to 50-60 open positions.
  • Inform candidates about job duties, industry insights, company value proposition, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities.

Skills and Attributes

  • Ability to maintain ownership of volume requisitions in a highly competitive market for STEM talent
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with candidates and hiring teams
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with strong capability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Applicant Tracking System or CRM experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruiting, staffing, university admissions or sales
  • Travel as needed

Our best estimate of the salary range for this position is $56,000-$70,000. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including location, internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
