Objectives of this Role

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Grow and foster relationships with a database of qualified talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Continuously partner with HR and Marketing to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Stay active and current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
  • Work with schools/trade school programs to build awareness of opportunities available within our company
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years' recruiting experience
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • A solid foundational understanding of the roles you are hiring for
  • Solid sourcing skills and ability to create, implement, build and maintain strong relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, internet search, job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Proven track-record of conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Desire to grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, or psychology
  • Proficiency with content management systems
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies
  • Construction or Equipment background

This position can be located out of Kalispell, MT, Missoula, MT, or Laurel, MT.
