Overview:
As a Legal Recruiter, you will leverage your recruiting experience and sales background to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber legal professionals. Your primary focus will be on relationship building, both with potential candidates and hiring attorneys, to ensure a successful and positive recruiting experience. You will work closely with our entire Supply team to understand client needs and match them with the best talent in the legal industry.
This role is REMOTE
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary + commission plan

As a Legal Recruiter, you will leverage your recruiting experience and sales background to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber legal professionals. Your primary focus will be on relationship building, both with potential candidates and hiring attorneys, to ensure a successful and positive recruiting experience. You will work closely with our entire Supply team to understand client needs and match them with the best talent in the legal industry.
This role is REMOTE
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary + commission plan
What you'll do:
- Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and interview candidates for attorney positions across multiple states
- Engagement: Develop strong relationships with attorneys to understand their needs, provide market insights, and deliver top-tier candidates.
- Sales Strategy: Utilize your sales skills to identify new business opportunities, pitch our services to potential clients, and expand our client base.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment metrics. Experience using salesforce is a huge plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on legal positions.
- Experience working as an attorney or a bar license is a strong plus
- Sales Background: Demonstrated success in a sales role with a proven track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.
- Relationship Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal industry and its requirements is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technology: Proficiency with recruiting methods
