Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and curating a pipeline of top talent for key roles within our organization, including Project Managers, Construction Superintendents, and Project Engineers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and engage passive candidates, ensuring we meet our staffing needs in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize platforms such, but not limited to, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates who are currently employed but may be open to new opportunities.
- Conduct thorough screenings, interviews and assessments to ensure candidates align with our core values and job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our hiring.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in construction recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including social media and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent skills in sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range: $115,000-$140,000
Physical Demands:
This is an office position with work from the main office in Riverside will be required. Visits to current and future jobsites will be required. Involves walking, effective communication, listening, using hands to operate office equipment. Vision abilities required for computer work, reading, writing, typing, data entry and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may be required to push, pull, lift and /or carry up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is an active open office.
