Branch 44 is hiring: Staffing Recruiter in McKinney

Looking for a great opportunity! Staff Force Personnel Services provides staffing solutions to employers all over the state of Texas, with additional locations in Phoenix and Oklahoma City. We have more than 35 years of experience serving the light industrial staffing market, and our Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Phoenix and Oklahoma City staffing companies have deep Texas roots. We are looking for a team player to work in the Lewisville office!

Required skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish language: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Experience in recruitment, ideally within the relevant industry
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies
• Ability to build rapport and effectively interview candidates from diverse backgrounds
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of different communication styles across cultures
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and the HR departments to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone, and in-person meetings, while facilitating clear communication between the candidate and hiring manager
• Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find potential candidates who speak both the required languages
• Weekly visits to see clients and complete daily check-ins on new hires
