Dorabot develops automated warehouse solutions using cutting-edge AI and robotics, including computer vision, motion planning, mobility and deep learning, etc. Covering automation solutions such as induction, sorting, transportation and loading for logistics, express, e-commerce, seaports, airports, manufacturing and other scenarios. Our systems pick, place, load, sort, and transport items of various shapes and sizes using cutting-edge deep learning, motion planning, grasp planning, navigation, and SLAM technologies. Position Requirements
- Help improve current and implement overall recruiting strategy and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to various platforms and events.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Be the main point of contact for establishing relationships with candidates during the selection process.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and shortlisted candidates, and other candidate relationships.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in the database.
- Regularly update reports on file for multiple positions simultaneously while keeping track of interview & hiring progress for each candidate.
- Assist in candidate screening and lead and manage interview processes.
- Be able to work independently and communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or any other related fields; engineering degree will be a plus.
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
- Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools.
- Engineering recruitment experience will be a plus.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite.
- Great social and networking skills.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently with a high level of initiative and integrity.
