With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Camarillo, CA! This is a full-time, exempt position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Maintain a high-level manager experience.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation, maintaining a high-level candidate experience. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Maintain accurate information in ADP Recruitment module to ensure compliance with Federal Contractor regulations.
- Actively and creatively source, screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approaches.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Drafts and/or revises job descriptions for global organization. Works closely with managers and employees to ensure all job descriptions reflect accurate responsibilities and knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s).
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing all phases of the recruiting process required that includes the following:
- Hiring Cycle
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Demonstrated ability to recruit a broad range of positions at all levels (experience recruiting Sales, IT, Marketing positions preferred)
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Experience as an Internal Corporate Recruiter and process driven environment
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Experience recruiting in compliance with the OFCCP regulations preferred
- Experience working in Human Resources
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Working Conditions:
- Is required to work normal office hours (with some flexibility as per the below) Monday through Friday.
- May occasionally work early morning/evenings/weekends to accommodate urgent customer requests in different time zones.
- Occasional travel to attend job fairs or similar recruiting-related events.
Salary Range (applicable to California):
$80,000 - $95,000 base salary DOE
