Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter at Maverc Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in the fields of cybersecurity, IT, and software development. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and values. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Work with Hiring Managers to develop, update and publish job descriptions
- Conduct high volume phone screens to assess availability, interest level, compensation and basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Identify and recommend solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.
- Screen candidate resumes
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to CyberPoint Leadership
- Support the AAP annual development process
Requirements
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter for government contractor recruiting candidates with various clearance levels (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI + required polygraphs)
- Solid ability to conduct introductory interviews with highly technical candidates (Data Scientists, Software Engineers, CNO Developers, Reverse Engineers, IT professionals, etc.) in order to present relevant information to program managers and promote CyberPoint to candidates as a great place to work.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Professional experience supporting the DoD and Intelligence community
- Professional experience sourcing and hiring fully cleared (TS/SCI + FSP) candidates
