As an AEC Recruiter, you will play an integral role in supporting the growth of DRMP/Trilon. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead at DRMP, you will be part of a team that is quickly identifying, assessing, and hiring key talent to enable the continued rapid expansion of the company.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Responsible for setting and executing a full lifecycle recruiting strategy; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback and recommendations, managing the candidate experience, and ultimately onboarding great talent.
- Partner with internal departments to assess recruitment needs; Foster good relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates/candidates.
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Partner and collaborate with other recruiters across the company to share talent and ensure team success.
- Build recruitment strategies that support our values and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; making sure we are a market leader in diverse thought, experience, and backgrounds.
- Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM/ATS, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and close job offers.
- Conduct and coordinate resume reviews, and schedules for interviews.
- Manage and lead recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruiting, industry conferences, etc.

What you'll need
- 3-5 years of AEC recruiting experience
- 1-2 years of Corporate Recruiting/Agency Recruiting experience; Preference is given to those with technical engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; Human Resources or related major preferred
- Demonstrated experience providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, and field positions
- Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality
- Leadership capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others and communicate effectively with all levels
- Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of social media and internet recruiting
- Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime and some travel
- Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required
