Y-Planet Inc. is seeking a dynamic Live Host Recruiter to join our team in LA. As a Live Host Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in expanding our creator community by going live on Y-Planet's TikTok account to recruit new creators.

Pay:
Our Live Host Recruiter will be paid hourly + commission!

Responsibilities:

• Live Recruitment Events: Host live recruitment events on Y-Planet's TikTok account to engage with potential creators and showcase the benefits of joining our platform.
• Creator Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential creators who align with Y-Planet's vision and values, focusing on diverse talents and content creators from various backgrounds.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential creators, fostering a positive and supportive community atmosphere.
• Educational Content: Develop and present educational content to inform potential creators about Y-Planet's platform features, tools, and opportunities for growth.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of live events and recruitment strategies, adjusting approaches as needed for optimal results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and talent acquisition teams to align recruitment efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from creators to understand their needs, concerns, and suggestions for improving the recruitment process and platform experience.

Qualifications:

• Location: Must be based in LA, CA, or willing to relocate.
• Background: Preferred background in E-commerce, digital marketing, social media management, or related fields with a strong understanding of online content creation and platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences in live settings.
• Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a knack for identifying and connecting with potential talent.
• Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and informative content for recruitment events and outreach efforts.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, evolving strategies, and changing priorities while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
