Compensation
Responsibilities
As the Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for growing our team of high-performing agents while maintaining a positive and productive office culture. Key duties include:
•Recruit top talent: Identify, recruit, and hire high-potential real estate agents on a weekly basis.
•Promote Market Center value: Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of our office to prospective agents.
•Conduct training and onboarding: Assist new agents in successfully transitioning into our office and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
•Lead regular meetings: Host weekly sales and business development sessions to keep agents engaged and informed.
•Staff management: Oversee staff professionalism and performance, ensuring they support agents effectively.
•Analyze market trends: Research local competition and adjust recruitment and marketing strategies accordingly.
•Performance reviews: Conduct regular reviews with agents and staff to maintain accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
•2-3 years of proven success in real estate or recruiting, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
•Strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly within residential sales.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
•Goal-oriented with a talent for setting clear expectations and holding yourself and others accountable.
•Ability to analyze key metrics and implement strategic improvements.
•Proficiency in computer systems, including MLS and basic financial reporting.

- Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000.
- OTE: $140,000 (Profit Sharing, Hire Bonuses)
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period
