Role Overview:
As an HR Generalist Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our company’s staffing needs. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish. You will also assist the HR Manager with HR related tasks such as time and attendance, timesheet review, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create clear job descriptions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and manage interview scheduling.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Coordinate the hiring process and communicate status updates to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and build strong relationships with applicants.
- Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
- Assist the HR Manager with HR related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred or 3-5 years' experience in a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
