Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Person)

Contract Length: 12 - 16 week Contract with potential Temp to Hire

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an RN Recruiter. As an RN Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to meet the staffing needs of healthcare organizations. Below is a comprehensive job description for an RN recruiter:

Duties:

Recruitment and Sourcing:
 Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified RN candidates.
 Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and nursing schools.
 Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs

 Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
 Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
 Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with candidatesWork closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
 Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting of job advertisements.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, specifically recruiting registered nurses

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.

- Covid Vaccinations required
