Dialectic is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter who is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring technical and administrative professionals for our MEP engineering projects. This role requires a proactive, organized, and strategic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will report to the Human Resources Manager.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical, engineering, and administrative roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings, assess qualifications, and present high-quality candidates to hiring managers.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.
  • Communicate with leaders within the company to determine staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Extend offers and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by engaging with candidates and leveraging social media and networking events.
  • Travel to career fairs, industry conferences, university campuses, and other recruitment events to represent the company and build relationships with prospective candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Display a high level of professionalism and initiative.
  • Highschool degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Familiarity with MEP engineering roles and terminology is a plus.

• Previous industry experience strongly preferred.

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift to 25 pounds occasionally

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
