We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic High-Volume Recruiter to identify large volumes of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs for our contact center, claims and operational teams. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, reviewing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for interviews, while managing communications with all applicants. The right candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to see the bigger picture while proving their ability to work independently. This candidate will also be able to adapt quickly and effectively to changing workload requirements.
You will assist in executing effective recruitment strategies that will help streamline our mass hiring process and ensure that open positions are filled with top performers within the proposed timelines.
Position Responsibilities:
• Assist in screening, identifying and hiring for our customer care, claims and operations teams.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience by assessing candidates' skills compared to the job requirement, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, making hiring recommendations, and responding to candidate emails/calls.
• Work closely with recruiting team to develop a robust candidate pipeline from a variety of sourcing methods.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of HomeSafe Alliance and operations to better inform candidates about the company, mission, and job opportunities.
• Provide feedback to recruiting, HR, operations, and management teams regarding recruiting progress.
• Review/screen resumes to identify qualified applicants
• Conducting pre-screen calls with candidates to assess prior experience, capabilities, and interest.
• Schedule and prepare hiring managers to interview candidates
• Maintain and updating recruitment tracking spreadsheets
• Collaborate with HR/onboarding team to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of new employees
• Acting as Primary Recruiter on entry-level roles
• Manage current candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday.
• Assist recruitment-related projects and tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of high volume, full life-cycle recruitment experience.
• Highly proficient in Workday ATS/HRIS System
• Previous contact center recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Ability to rapidly evaluate candidates through phone screens, and standardized interview questions.
• Results-oriented and customer-service focused with strong organizational skills.
• Needs to be able to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that demands flexibility and creativity.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS). Workday experience is highly preferred.
Required Skills:

• SCA recruiting experience highly desired.
• Previous contact center recruiting experience highly preferred.
