KLM Trans Inc is hiring: HR/DRIVER RECRUITER in Chicago

We are a well-established transportation company seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. In this role, youll drive our recruitment efforts for both office staff and drivers, ensuring we bring on board dedicated and qualified team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Recruitment:
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet driver hiring goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential driver candidates.
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and additional screenings to ensure candidates meet company standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local driving schools, trucking associations, and other relevant organizations to attract candidates.
  • Manage the entire driver hiring process, ensuring its organized and timely.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align recruitment efforts with company goals.
• Office Staff Recruitment:
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies for office staff, including dispatchers, admin support, and other essential roles.
  • Screen and interview candidates for office positions, focusing on both skill and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all office and driver candidates and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English and bilingual in Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish.
