Job Description Summary: Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for a range of internal clients as assigned, partnering with business leaders to develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to support business needs and initiatives Job Description: ? Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent) + Conducts screening interviews for designated business units. Assesses talent and generates qualified candidates via sourcing and networking. + Represents Naven Health and the Naven Health brand to candidates. Presents offer to candidates and negotiates if needed. Ensures timely follow-up with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience. + Develops and executes on innovative methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline external passive, diverse candidates for potential employment.
