This individual will primarily be stationed at our Summerville office and will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to agent development at that location.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit sales associates by conducting interviews, making selections, and facilitating hiring processes
  • Schedule and conduct 40 agent recruiting appointments every month
  • Provide consultation and coaching to a selected group of top real estate agents within the market center
  • Collaborate with the growth team to ensure optimal efficiency in attracting agents
  • Assist agents in integrating KW systems, models, and technology to enhance business growth
  • Educate and empower individuals on the models of KW to support the development of successful businesses
  • Partner with the CEO and Team Leader to enhance agent businesses and increase the market center agent count
