Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to source and attract salaried operational and executive leaders to fill key leadership roles within the organization. This role will include in-depth networking, sourcing, and strategizing to vet candidates with the right skill set, experience, and culture fit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and organizes potential leadership candidates screens, interviews, and in town visits.
conducts reference and BG checks; extends job offers. - Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other operational meetings as assigned by PMC executives.
- Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
- Use necessary tools to source and vet candidates.
- Assist in managing the company's salaried openings and works with hiring managers to fill.
- Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures.
- Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt workers; writes and places advertisements; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates;
- Work closely with operations management and other HR leadership to define performance in all areas of the organization.
- Directs and supports implementation of company initiatives and processes.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting in hospitality industry, including experience in guest and/or customer service (Parking and/or Hospitality industry preferred) OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team building skills and ability to motivate others
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
- Valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to pass PMCs background check and drug screening requirements
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes
- Nashville based

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of legal employment requirements, including I-9 and E-Verify.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, including applicant tracking systems (e.g., Paycom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
