Technical Recruiter (Internal Role)
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our government clients by sourcing and hiring top technical talent for mission-critical roles. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process , specializing in technical positions requiring clearances from secret to TS/SCI Poly . You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates who align with client needs. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in building out talent pipelines and contributing to the growth of new client partnerships.

Position Overview
  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified technical candidates to meet government client requirements, with a focus on roles requiring active clearances.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings via phone, email, and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to foster trust, gain insights into technical industries and roles, and expand your professional network.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using online tools, directories, databases, and personal networking to attract top technical talent.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with client needs and securing commitment for current and future opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events to engage with candidates and broaden the talent pipeline.
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements, provide candidate insights, and contribute to the business development process.

Requirements For Consideration
  • 1-3+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • 1 year expertise recruiting roles for Government clients requiring active clearances
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Background We Are Seeking
  • Expertise recruiting for technical roles for government clients
  • High volume recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems , including resume databases specific to sourcing cleared talent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be detail-oriented and results-driven
