Job Title: HR Generalist (Contract)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 4 Months

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to join our client’s team on a 4-month contract basis in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR functions and will be responsible for supporting various HR activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.

  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support on HR-related matters.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.

  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
