Are you passionate about making an impact in healthcare while growing your HR expertise? Sadler Health Center, a FQHC, is seeking an HR Assistant to support our team and help us build a thriving workplace.
What You’ll Do as our HR Assistant:
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Communicate HR policies and answer basic employee questions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal protocols.
- Assist with benefits administration and help employees navigate health, retirement, and other programs.
- Provide support for HR events, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required: Must have an associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, AND at least 3 months of HR or administrative experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, HR certification (aPHR, SHRM-CP, or PHR), or experience in healthcare HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a generous PTO benefit! The pay range for this role is $20-22 per hour.
