What You’ll Do:
As an HR Generalist at APR Supply Co, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience and providing comprehensive HR support across various functions. This role requires a proactive and personable professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding employee experience while serving and addressing teammates’ inquiries.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, record scanning, and correspondence.
- Manage employee programs such as unemployment, workers compensation, engagement, etc.
- Assist with organizing company events and activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required for Success:
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and professional in all communications. Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a customer-focused environment.
- College Degree in Business/HR required
- Minimum of 3 (three) years of previous human resources experience
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Customer service mindset
- Possesses excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Office 365 suite and familiarity with HRIS system software
