What You’ll Do:

As an HR Generalist at APR Supply Co, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience and providing comprehensive HR support across various functions. This role requires a proactive and personable professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding employee experience while serving and addressing teammates’ inquiries.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, record scanning, and correspondence.
  • Manage employee programs such as unemployment, workers compensation, engagement, etc.
  • Assist with organizing company events and activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required for Success:

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and professional in all communications. Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a customer-focused environment.

  • College Degree in Business/HR required
  • Minimum of 3 (three) years of previous human resources experience
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Customer service mindset
  • Possesses excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Office 365 suite and familiarity with HRIS system software
