Skills, Qualifications, and Education:
Technical HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and application of HR laws and best practices, including compensation, recruitment, FMLA, ADA, Workers Comp, FLSA, COBRA, I-9 compliance, staffing, retention, terminations, career development, and performance improvement strategies.
Change Leadership in Manufacturing: Demonstrated experience driving change in a manufacturing setting is required. A proactive leader who effectively champions positive transformation with resilience, innovation, and a focus on overcoming obstacles.
Employee Relations Focus: Skilled in fostering positive employee relations while driving meaningful change. Builds trust at all organizational levels and maintains open lines of communication.
Consultative and Courageous Leadership: Proven success as a strategic HR Business Partner and Change Agent who influences others toward excellence through effective leadership behaviors.
Strategic Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business dynamics, with the ability to establish a compelling vision and competitive advantage. Promotes structured, process-driven environments, ensuring uniform application of policies, programs, and procedures.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to partner across all levels of the organization. Capable of coaching, motivating, and fostering pride and team spirit, with a track record of developing talent within their team.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience. Proven track record in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Change Leadership: Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
