Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Compliance:
    • Stay current on employment laws and implement HR policies for compliance.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and manage conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance review processes and assist with employee development.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment.
  • HR Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify and coordinate training opportunities for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with 1 year in home care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
