Polymaker develops, produces and markets high value materials for 3D printing. Our company is growing rapidly and can be described as young, open and energetic.

Polymaker has been active in the US since 2013. We have built up a network of channel partners who serve end-users from all over the United States. Our end-users are hobbyists, professionals and industrial customers who 3D print high quality parts using our filaments.

From our 40,000 SF facility in Missouri City, TX, we currently manage the production and distribution of 3D printing filament for the North America region.

POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Coordinator serves as the vital link between employees and the HR department; providing essential guidance to employees seeking support.

POSITION TYPE

Full Time (Exempt)

The HR Coordinator reports directly to the HR & Admin Officer.

In-Person (NOT hybrid/ NOT remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to employees seeking HR related questions including company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentations
  • Assist facility leaders in managing employee relations and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters
  • Support recruitment efforts
  • Work with the HR team to organize employee recognition events and enhance employee engagement
  • Fulfill general admin tasks assigned by HR & Admin officer including order and maintain office supplies, pick up and distribute mails, greeting visitors, contractors and interview candidates
  • Manage Clocking in an out system, working with management team to ensure hours are tracked accurately
  • Implementing a system to track success amongst team members

Key Expectations:

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience supporting a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with employees and management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and HR systems
