Primary Responsibilities:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with insurance related claims regarding packout, contents and storage
- Effective written and oral communication
- Have a valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- SHRM or PHR certified
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel will occasionally be required as the person in the role will need to travel to our other locations (Iowa City, Des Moines, Ottumwa/Pella) for On-boarding, trainings, etc.
