About the Role As our HR Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and enriching our team's experience. We're seeking an HR professional who is ready for a long-term commitment and enjoys building meaningful, face-to-face relationships with employees at all levels.

As our HR Manager, you will:

• Shape HR policies and practices that reflect our values and strengthen team connections.
• Be a trusted resource for employees, handling needs and questions with a personal, open-door approach.
• Oversee Payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Work closely with leadership to foster an inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels valued.
• Present and recommend new ideas to enhance employee engagement and retention, with flexibility and patience for gradual adoption of changes.
