Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·& Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals of the company. This includes overseeing key HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and retention.
·& Manage and oversee the recruiting process& and ensure that the company is hiring the best talent. This involves reviewing and managing employment records and contracts, coordinating with both internal and external recruiters, and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster to source talent. Additionally, prescreen candidates to ensure they meet initial qualifications before scheduling interviews. Coordinate with stakeholders to determine hiring requirements.
·& Manage the compensation and benefits program& to remain competitive with the market. This involves evaluating compensation structures, ensuring compliance with market standards, and administering benefits programs to keep employees motivated.
·& Develop and implement the Performance Management System (PMS)& to track employee performance and facilitate performance reviews, ensuring that employees meet their Key Result Areas (KRA) and overall business expectations. Oversee the& appraisal process& to provide structured feedback, identify areas for improvement, and support employee growth.
·& Create and manage Reward Recognition (R R) programs& to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements, encouraging a culture of performance excellence and engagement.
·& Leverage HR analytics& to track key metrics such as employee turnover, retention, and performance trends. This data-driven approach helps inform strategic decisions and align HR practices with business goals.
·& Manage employee relations& by addressing any disputes or concerns in a timely and fair manner. Ensure the company complies with HR laws and regulations, staying updated on any changes to maintain adherence. Take initiative on employee engagement programs for employees.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in HR.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficient in HR software systems.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
