Compensation and Benefits

$40,000 - $50,000

• Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Respond to incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and manage appointments and schedules for clients and staff.
• Keep financial records organized and accurate using accounting software.
• Process transactions for accounts payable and receivable.
• Support payroll functions and maintain employee records.
• Create and distribute invoices and financial statements to clients.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Bookkeeping experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• A proactive approach, positive attitude, and passion for delivering exceptional results.
