DUTIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including inputting data into HRIS, completing paperwork, logging into systems, maintaining personnel files, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist in the maintenance of forms, documents, and policies
  • Answer and/or refer employee questions about policies or procedures
  • Generate documentation and reports as needed
  • Assist with company events as needed
  • Complete other duties/tasks as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
  • One to three years HR experience required
  • Experience with HRIS system required
  • Valid state drivers license

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English required
  • Proficiency with PC keyboard and data entry
  • Ability to communicate on the telephone
  • Ability to write, read, speak and hear
