DUTIES:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including inputting data into HRIS, completing paperwork, logging into systems, maintaining personnel files, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in the maintenance of forms, documents, and policies
- Answer and/or refer employee questions about policies or procedures
- Generate documentation and reports as needed
- Assist with company events as needed
- Complete other duties/tasks as assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
- One to three years HR experience required
- Experience with HRIS system required
- Valid state drivers license
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Proficiency with PC keyboard and data entry
- Ability to communicate on the telephone
- Ability to write, read, speak and hear
