We are offering a contract for a position as a Human Resources (HR) Manager in BEAVERTON, Oregon. As an HR Manager, you will have the responsibility to oversee various HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, and hiring processes.


Responsibilities:


• Develop strong relationships with employees and stakeholders to foster an open and inclusive environment.

• Facilitate hiring processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.

• Manage employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining a positive work environment.

• Support the leadership team with HR insights and recommendations.

• Oversee compliance with HR policies and regulations.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

• Play an instrumental role in maintaining and enhancing the company's culture.

• Support the CEO with diversity initiatives and B corp certification processes.

• Navigate through ambiguity and provide guidance to employees during times of uncertainty.

• Engage in leadership meetings, providing a fresh perspective on HR matters.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the Human Resources field
• Demonstrated expertise in compliance, ensuring the company's adherence to legal and company policies
• Proficient in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive work environment
• Skilled in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and new employee onboarding
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
• Ability to strategize and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals
• Proficiency with HR software and digital platforms
• Experience in employee training and development
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
