Job Description
Our client is moving up and looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager, based in Whites Creek, Tennessee. The job is a contract role and the position is on-site.
Responsibilities:
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
• Oversee the administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes
• Handle and resolve unemployment claims effectively
• Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations
• Manage HR compliance processes, including Learning Management System (LMS) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements
• Administer workers' compensation claims and processes
• Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically with Paycom
• Serve as a backup for payroll processes when necessary.
• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions
• Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance within a business setting
• Proven experience in handling Employee Relations
• Proficiency in executing Hiring Processes
• Experience with Paycom software
• Ability to drive Employee Engagement initiatives
• Understanding of HR Compliance requirements
• Knowledge of HR Law and its applications
• Experience in HR reporting and data management
• Familiarity with Workers Compensation procedures
• Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations
