Our client is expanding their team with the addition of a Human Resources (HR) Manager. This role is a permanent placement opportunity in the manufacturing industry and located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The HR Manager will be involved in a variety of tasks, such as managing HR systems, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, compliance, and general HR support.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the integration and management of ADP Workforce Now

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the transition to new systems is smooth and efficient

• Facilitate and manage performance reviews to align with employee development and company objectives

• Oversee the recruitment process, from talent acquisition to onboarding

• Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll timekeeping

• Design and implement training programs to improve employee skills and ensure compliance

• Ensure the workplace meets OSHA standards and other relevant labor laws

• Provide HR-related support and guidance to employees and managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with Ceridian software

• Comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations

• Strong skills in managing employee relations

• Familiarity with various hiring processes

• Proven experience in project management

• Expertise in employee performance management

• Experience in corporate recruiting

• Proficiency in onboarding new employees

• Skilled in employee training and development

• Experience in managing employee benefit programs

• Knowledge of benefits administration

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations

• Experience with timekeeping systems

• Proficiency in ADP - Payroll
