Join us and reach your higher purpose at Cargill.Job Purpose and Impact The HR Business Partner plants, will be accountable for the execution and delivery of regional regulator compliance and company based employee relations services. In this role, you will handle conflict resolutions, industrial relations, employee relations based investigations and employee experience related matters. This role supports the manufacturing facility within the Cargill protein North America group.Key Accountabilities Serve as a specialist within the employee relations and employee experience human resources solution team to provide relevant and effective consulting services to businesses within the location served.Identify and coordinate outreach, internally and externally, to enable the location to meet their compliance obligations.Act as a point of contact for employee relations and employee experience questions, provide guidance and consultation and make sure internal clients are using the tools and resources available.Participate and deliver training and consultation on employee relations, employee experience and compliance related topics, policies and procedures.Help prepare audits, reporting and compliance reviews pertaining to local regulations and programs.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Partner with HR team members and location management to resolve workforce concerns or employee issues.Other duties as assignedQualifications Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of two years of related work experience in HR investigations, compliance related matters. Experience handling conflict resolutions or employee relations investigations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience with regulatory/compliance management & employment law.Written and verbal communication in English and/or Spanish, Nepali, Arabic, Pashto.Master's degree or other post-secondary degree.Experience in applying statistical and quality management tools.HR certification such as SHRM or similar.LI-DT1FGBthemuseEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
