Fabrication Technician $21/hr. Job at Micro Tech Staffing - Franklin in Westboro

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician with strong manual dexterity and the ability to follow verbal instructions. In this role, you'll work with hot metal plates to weld foam pieces according to assembly drawings.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate hot metal plates to melt and assemble foam parts.
• Accurately read ruler measurements down to 1/16 inch.
• Perform basic math for angles, addition, and subtraction.
• Train on forklift operation to move materials as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Qualifications:

• Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and safety-conscious.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
