Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ADP systems, performance reviews, and project management. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a range of HR functions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Systems Management: Utilize ADP system to maintain employee records, manage payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. Ensure data integrity and provide reporting as needed.
  • Performance Reviews: Oversee and manage the performance review process, working closely with department managers to ensure timely and efficient evaluations. Track progress, provide support, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates. Lead the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and address any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training & Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Ensure that employees have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Compliance & Policy Administration: Stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws. Ensure the company’s policies are compliant and communicate changes to staff as needed.
  • Project Management: Manage and support HR projects, including but not limited to employee engagement initiatives, process improvements, and compliance audits. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for enrollment, changes, and questions. Ensure that employees are informed about their benefits options.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR reports, analyze trends, and present findings to management for decision-making purposes.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • System Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the ADP system, including payroll processing, reporting, and HR data management.
  • Performance Management: Proven experience in managing and overseeing performance review processes and employee performance tracking.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within deadlines and budgets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex issues effectively.
    • Familiarity with HR-related legal regulations and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry: Experience working in healthcare or related industries is an advantage.
