High growth real estate development and healthcare company is seeking motivated and creative team members to carry out our expansion plans. We presently are working on development of a high-rise luxury tower, along with our construction and operating platform of three healthcare facilities in the Las Vegas area with a total of over a 420-bed capacity As we build out our corporate headquarters and operating platform for this coming year, it is an unique time to join a fast paced well positioned company during this coming year.
Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and organizational development. This role ensures the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Build employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
2. Employee Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace matters.
• Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement and conflict resolution initiatives.
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3. Performance Management
• Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
• Work with managers to create performance improvement plans and professional development goals.
4. HR Compliance
• Ensure the company complies with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee audits or inspections as needed.
5. Training & Development
• Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Lead initiatives to develop leadership capabilities and succession planning strategies.
6. Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and reward programs.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
7. Strategic Planning
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
• Use HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning.
8. Other task assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.
