HR Payroll & Benefits Coordinator – Join a Mission-Driven Team
We’re working with a non-profit in the Shoreline/Deep River, CT area seeking an HR professional to handle payroll and benefits in a contract-to-hire role. Must have experience in payroll processing and benefits administration to be considered for this position.

What You’ll Do:
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance.
- Guide employees on benefits like 403(b) plans and medical insurance.
- Handle benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
- Improve payroll and benefits processes with the HR team.
What You Bring:
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration (non-profit experience a plus).
- Familiarity with 403(b) plans and medical insurance (preferred).
- Strong communication skills to explain benefits clearly.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills.
