About the Role

Charlie Health is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to support our HR Business Partner team. Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partner, and in partnership across the People Team, this role will provide strategic and tactical support to our HRBP team in our goals to engage, retain and grow top talent. The ideal candidate has a strong generalist and support background looking to grow their career on the HRBP path as we work together to reduce youth suicide.

Responsibilities:
  • Revolutionize how we use data through reporting to inform and support strategic initiatives
  • Establish connection with team members to identify departmental and company-wide trends
  • Be a thought partner to Senior HRBPs and help create, roll out and measure the effectiveness of retention and engagement initiatives
  • Partner on increasing participation rates, data analysis and action planning on employee engagement and other surveys throughout the year
  • Act as the key liaison between HRBPs and HR Operations to smooth workflows and improve cross functional processes
  • Partner on execution of Talent and Performance Review processes
  • Help to identify and resolve process issues amongst key groups and the broader company
  • Assist with employee relations issues that arise as needed
  • Ad hoc items Senior HRBPs need assistance with
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3-5 years of demonstrated success in an HR support/generalist role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees and stakeholders across Charlie Health
  • Proven track record of effective reporting and data analysis
  • Thorough knowledge across all HR functional areas
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes' commuting distance of the office

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $97,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $106,000 and $145,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
