Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join a manufacturing warehouse! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires, including payroll processing, benefits administration, policy implementation, onboarding, employee relations located in zip code 77489. M-Friday

working schedule 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Successfully process weekly payroll.
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Schedule interviews between the candidates and the interviewing team
Administer background checks and drug screens for new hires

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, conflict management, workplace injuries, terminations
Bilingual Required (Spanish)
experience with Microsoft excel, word, outlook etc.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience in an HR Generalist role, overseeing employee population of 150 or more.
Bachelor’s degree in business/ human Resources with minimum of 3 year of experience
SHRM-CP a plus.
Paylocity and MS Excel experience a Plus
