JOB TITLE: Human Resources Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
FLSA: Non-Exempt
HOURLY RANGE: $21.00-$26.00
REPORTS TO: Human Resources Manager

OBJECTIVE: Under the leadership of the Human Resources Manager, responsible for assisting in administering the Human Resources activities for the facility. Ensure compliance with Fleenor policies and procedures and all appropriate laws and regulations.
Essential Functions
A) Assist in ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Inform Human Resources Manager about issues requiring oversight.
B) Assist the recruitment process for the facility. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
C) Assist with onboarding to include completion of I-9, new hire orientation, creating and maintaining new hire folders, scanning and notifying Payroll of new hire documents and distribution of timecards.
D) Assist with management of temporary staff to include coordination of start date and safety orientation, submission of timecards, notification of open positions and ending assignments.
E) Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
F) Assist in facilitating payroll processing for the facility. Work with employees to resolve issues.
G) Coordinate meetings, interviews, and plant events.
H) Complete and maintain accurate and complete employee records in compliance with Fleenor policies and applicable laws.
I) Create purchase orders for invoices received, check and confirm “rebill” invoices have been paid.
J) Support facility Health and Safety initiatives.
K) Assist with employee benefits for the facility. Including but not limited to: medical, dental, 401k
L) Assist with management of Worker’s Compensation reporting and logs
M) Execute all Human Resources objectives as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
N) Requires the ability to work for a minimum 8-hours per day at the work-site
Other Duties
A) Provide administrative and clerical support to Department Managers
B) Check and distribute mail
C) Participate in special projects as required
D) Assist with creating SOP’s and OPL’s
Reporting Relationship
A) Reports to the Human Resources Manager
Minimum Qualifications
A) High School Diploma or equivalent
B) Prior Human Resources Experience
C) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, Basic knowledge of Excel and Power Point
D) Ability to learn and perform all essential functions and other duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
E) Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with people at all levels of the organization
F) Must be able to understand verbal and written directions and training
G) Must be able to accurately complete paperwork
H) Must be able to work for a minimum 8-hours per day
I) Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
A) Fluent in English/Spanish
B) Bachelor’s Degree
Physical Environment/Working Conditions
This position is in an office adjacent to a manufacturing facility and requires entering the manufacturing facility to meet with employees, attend meetings and conduct work.
