Senior Analyst, HR Operations

Job Summary:

The Sr. Analyst, HR Operations will play a key role in defining and carrying out HR processes in this growing company. As ArchWell Health grows, this will be a hands-on colleague who readily jumps into any needed project. Serving as a liaison and resource to our colleagues, supporting internal HR programs, and administration of HR systems are all part of the role. This is a fast-paced position that provides valuable support in areas such as benefits, leaves and optimizing our ATS and HRIS system.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and maintenance in HRIS system.


  • Resolving colleague inquiries and issues as it relates to HRIS, benefits or leaves.


  • Partner with stakeholders, both within HR and across functions, to understand their needs and help deliver HRIS-driven solutions


  • Running reports and analyzing HR data.


  • Identifying and resolving data discrepancies.


  • Document, setup, and maintain HRIS workflows/processes, optimizing workflows with an eye toward efficiency and scalability to support company growth.


  • Document, setup, and maintain HR Operations data audits.


  • Become an in-house expert in our HCM (Dayforce).


  • Partner with the Sr. Product Manager, HRIS with rolling out system and process updates.


  • Collaborates with HRIS Product Manager on the setup and maintenance of additional systems and interfaces to unify all people-related data for reporting.


  • Performs other support functions as needed to keep the department organized and moving efficiently.


  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of HR functions including all things colleague lifecycle within the HRIS (ATS, Onboarding, HR record management, HR workflows, HR incident management, and HR Policies) and familiarity with HRIS systems and administration.


  • Ability to analyze HR data and recognize patterns.


  • Organized, systems thinker adept at understanding and documenting processes.


  • Open-minded, ready to accept and suggest changes and new strategies.


  • Flexible enough to juggle the priorities of a rapidly growing business, while still maintaining excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.


  • Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.


  • Working or strong knowledge of benefits, onboarding, and process improvement as it relates to HR Operations.


  • Proactive, goal obsessed.


  • Strong sense of autonomy


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Excellent interpersonal skills with aservice-based mindset and mission


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI and experience working with an HRIS system Required. Experience with Dayforce is a plus.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field strongly preferred, equivalent experience considered


  • Four (4) years of related experience


  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus
