We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and drive our human resources initiatives.
HR Generalist will be responsible for executing all aspects of human resources practices and processes as directed by the HR Director and CEO. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the company strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, or other issues.
- Support the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Support training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Support management by informing decisions through HR best practices and metrics.
- Support legal compliance throughout human resource management.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven working experience in the HR field, certification or degree in HR preferred.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Experience with Bamboo software a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
