Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies and support HR initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, along with a broader understanding of HR practices to help support the overall employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards when necessary.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire).
- HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide support in areas such as workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and career development.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives.
- Participate in HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, learning and development, and employer branding.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement efforts by conducting pulse surveys, exit interviews, and recommending improvements.
- Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making related to recruitment and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Broader HR experience as a generalist or business partner is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Office, particularly excel and reporting
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
