Senior HR Business Partner - Role Profile:
The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with people managers to drive organizational excellence with a strong emphasis on coaching for results. They will bring life to HR policies and programs to best enable and support our employees.
The Senior HR Business Partner will also guide leaders to maintain positive working relationships across their function, serving as an ultimate point of escalation and resolution for complex employee relations issues.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leaders with key business and organizational insights to properly drive, reward, and manage performance
- Collaborate with leaders across the HR team to drive key recruiting, total rewards, organizational development, and HR operations and analytics initiatives into the hands of people leaders
- Review and analyze business metrics such as retention, attrition, diversity mix, and employee engagement scores to recommend systemic improvements, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

What You’ll Need:
- 7+ years of progressive HR expertise, with demonstrated ability to solve dynamic problems with a dose of both heart, hustle and business acumen
- Ability to see around corners, provide trusted counsel, and help enable teams to achieve greatness
- Experience working as a partner to a sales or technology organization and supporting a CRO/CTO is preferred
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
